There are millions of these knockoff toys that walk or run to Euro-pop (aka Eurobeat) songs, children's songs, popular meme songs or TV show theme songs in English or different languages. Some of these toys don't play music and instead repeat what you say or sometimes play no sound at all. No one knows who makes them, but there are all sorts of different variations, mainly based on popular cartoon and video game characters.
