Description[edit]
The toy is a paper lantern. One side has a picture of Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura running with a large Naruto logo, while the other side has a picture of Naruto and Sasuke in an action pose. The background has various tiny silly images, and Naruto logos on it. The top and bottom have purple movie style film reels with Naruto logos, and chibi style images of Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Minato, Asuma and Obito on them. There is also a red tassel attached to the bottom, and a handle (which doubles as a battery compartment with a wire hanging from it and a star shaped speaker attached to it.
Functions[edit]
When turned on, the toy lights up. There are 2 different light modes, a no music one, where it just flashes red and blue, and a music one, where it flashes different colors and plays music. The toy plays 12 instrumental/chiptune versions of traditional children's nursery rhymes (Hush Little Baby Don't Say a Word, Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, an unknown song, a shorter unknown song, I'm a Little Teapot, Oh My Darling Clementine, Did you Ever See a Lassie, Rock a Bye Baby, Three Blind Mice, The Farmer in the Dell, Bingo)
Trivia[edit]
- The soundchip used for this lantern is actually taken directly from the Safety 1st Ready, Set, Walk DX Developmental Walker.
- There's another version of the toy that plays "My World" by Sophie.
- The toy dates back to the mid-late 2000's, probably didn't sell very well, was mostly sold in Asian territories and was put out only at Mid Autumn Festival (around August-October), because of this, it's extremely rare and hard to find, especially outside of Asian territories such as China, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia, and for a good price. Zabuza100 was lucky to find his at a Chinese mall in Toronto for only $2.
