Funny Toys Rock & Roll Star is a Rock & Roll Elmo knockoff made by an unknown company. Several versions based off various different characters exist.

Appearance[edit]

Funny Toys Rock & Roll Star looks exactly the same as Rock & Roll Elmo. His guitar resembles that of Rock & Roll Ernie, but repainted with Elmo's guitar's colors.

Functions[edit]

When turned on, Funny Toys Rock & Roll Star strums the guitar with his left arm while vibrating and playing abridged versions of the original soundtracks from the real one as the guitar's 3 lights flash (which all flash at the same time instead of alternating).

Ernie Version[edit]

The Ernie version does the same with no lights instead his head swings left and right. This version plays "Ba Kawo". Other Ernie versions exist that do the same except with no lights this version plays "Around The World".

Ernie Version[edit]

An Ernie version of the toy exists, the bolts on the guitar are black instead of silver like the guitar the button on the guitar is red instead of orange, the toy works the same as Funny Toys Rock & Roll Star Elmo.[1]

2000 Ernie version[edit]

There is a rare version of the Ba Kawo Ernie that looks like the 2000 Rock & Roll Ernie.

2nd Ernie Version[edit]

There is a second Ernie version with cartoony eyes and holds a yellow guitar, which plays "The Twist".

2nd Bear Version[edit]

A second bear version of the toy exists by the name "Teddy Rocks" [2] which was made by Doll Depot Corp., Ltd. in 2000. It plays a different recording of "Rock Around The Clock". There is also a Mickey Mouse variant of this (which was presumably made by the same company).

3rd Bear Version[edit]

A third bear version of the toy exists. Another variant of this can be found on ebay. It plays "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" and "Old Macdonald Had a Farm".

Big Bird Version[edit]

A Big Bird version of the toy exists, which holds Rock & Roll Grover’s saxophone. It is currently unknown what song it plays.

Grover version[edit]

This version looks almost identical to its official version, and plays a slightly sped up version of its recording.

Tigger version[edit]

A Tigger version of the toy exists which holds Rock & Roll Grover's saxophone Like the Big Bird. It is currently unknown what song it plays.

Duck Version[edit]

A duck version of the toy exists, which holds Rock & Roll Big Bird's guitar. Despite being a video of the toy, it was not played in action, which means the song it plays remains unknown.

2nd Duck Version[edit]

This version has slightly yellow fur, and wears a red hat. Apparently it should hold a guitar similar to elmo avon guitar, It plays Mambo Number 5.

Dog Version[edit]

A dog version exists, which come in red, blue, and green clothing. It plays "London Bridge" and "Row Row Row Your Boat".

Gloomy Bear version[edit]

This version looks like Gloomy Bear, and can come in either pink or red.[3]

Haha version[edit]

This version resembles Haha, the mascot of a Chinese TV channel called Haha Children’s Channel.[4]

Doll version[edit]

This version resembles a doll wearing pink trousers and a yellow and pink coat with a white t-shirt. It has earrings that can flash, and holds Rock & Roll Ernie's guitar. It plays Pop Pop by Eliana.
